8:30 p.m. Hampshire Camp 284, Sons of Confederate Veterans and Hampshire County Historical Society gather at Indian Mound Cemetery, located on Rt. 50, west end of Romney, WV, to conduct a luminary service commemorating Hampshire County's Confederate Soldiers.
Opening Invocation
Reading of Honor Roll of Soldiers named on the Confederate Monument.
9:00 p.m. Lighting of the Luminaries by Camp 284.

All services performed by the Thirteenth Virginia Volunteer Infantry, Mountaineer Partisan Rangers, Camp 2249, Camp Commander Matt Arnott and Hampshire County Historical Society.
8:15 a.m. Augusta Community Cemetery located on Route 50, in Augusta, WV. Installation of Iron Cross on the grave of Benjamin Swisher, 18th Va. Cav. Co. I. Flags and decorations of graves with memorial services.
9:15 a.m. Fairview Lutheran Church Cemetery, located across the WV/VA state line on Fairview Church Road 7/10ths of a mile just off Rt. 50. Installation of Iron Cross on the grave of David Whitacre, PVT 31st Va. Militia Co. G; Flags and decoration of graves with memorial services.
10:15 a.m. Bethel UM Church Cemetery, located off Rt. 50 on Parrishville Road, Trone, VA. Installation of Iron Cross on the grave of Joshua Lovett, Capt. 23rd Va. Cav., Co. E. Flags and decoration of graves with memorial services.
11:00 a.m. Quaker Cemetery, located in Parks Hollow, Dillions Run Road, Capon Bridge area. This cemetery contains the grave of George Slonaker, Hampshire County's oldest Confederate Veteran. Flags and decoration of graves with memorial services.
11:30 a.m. Central UM Church Cemetery, located at Loom, Cooper Mountain, Rt. 50. Special installation of Iron Crosses on the graves of William Wolford, Capt. 114th Va. Militia Co. F and Arthur McCauley, PVT 13th Va. Infantry Co. I, flags and decoration of graves with memorial services.
12:15 p.m. Picnic lunch for the Thirteenth Virginia Volunteer Infantry on the grounds of Central UM Church.
1:45 p.m. Ebenezer United Methodist Church located on Rt. 50 just outside Romney, WV, beside Weimer Chevrolet dealership. Installation of Iron Crosses on the graves of Thomas Gulick, PVT-CPL 13th Va. Infantry Co. I, Joseph Carder teamster 13th Va. Infantry Co. I, Jackson Frederick Carder, PVT 114th Va. Militia Co. B. Flags and decoration of graves with memorial services.
2:30 p.m. Re-enactor Color Guard March down Main Street Romney from Celebration Park to the Confederate Monument in Indian Mound Cemetery, located on the west end of Romney. The Thirteenth Virginia Volunteer Infantry accompanied by Sons of Confederate Veterans, Mountaineer Partisan Rangers, Camp 2249.
2:45 p.m. Indian Mound Cemetery located on west end of Romney, Rt. 50. Special Installation of Iron Cross on the grave of Thomas Racey, 4th SGT 114th Va. Militia Co. D.

Flag Pledge
Draping of the Garland—a large handcrafted garland will be entwined around the Confederate Monument with decoration of graves, the placing of flags and memorial services by the Thirteenth Virginia Volunteer Infantry, Sons of Confederate Veterans, Camps 284 and 2249.

5:15 p.m. Sit Down Dinner at Tyggart Hall, Romney, WV, for the Thirteenth Virginia Volunteer Infantry and guests hosted by the Sons of Confederate Veterans, Camps 284 and 2249.
7:00 p.m. Camp life, Tyggart Hall, Romney. This event concludes the evening Pledge and Salute to the Flags
USA - I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
Confederate - I salute the Confederate Flag with affection, reverence and undying devotion to the cause for which it stands.

Ride The Rails To Ridgedale
12:30 p.m. Train departs from Romney Station, destination: Green Spring. Lunch stop and tour of historic Ridgedale, the scene of Richard Ashby's death.
